Sullivan soccer field, Loyola Marymount University

The soccer field is proposed to add bleachers. DW Architect had contacted me in concern over City's LID requirement. Since the bleachers are proposed on top of concrete pads, runoffs are required to be collected via City's standard BMPs. We have performed hydrology study and proposed to collect runoff of building structure (in blue), which is slightly larger than the area of bleachers. This worked out great.
