Visitation Catholic Church Improvement

This improvement project of Visitation Catholic Church involves reconstruction of the church courtyard. Steps, walls, pilasters, gates and parking lots are reconstructed. This work is in collaboration with DW Architect which specializes in constructions of catholic institutions.

Engineering challenge was to design walls, pilasters and infiltration basins per City's LID regulations. Soils report resulted minimal percolation rate. Planters are proposed in front of the walls, and designed as LID BMPs. Permeable pavers are also proposed on pedestrian paths to minimize runoffs.

Construction designs were completed within 2 months, permits were pulled in 2 weeks, and TG Construction is building since October, 2018, and near completion.
