Parking Lot Design

Ontario Volvo Dealer, Ontario California

In collaboration with SD Architect, we designed parking layout, ADA compliant paths, ramps, parking spaces, new display structures, and courtyard. Designs were completed within a month, and permits were granted. During construction, owner decided to remove entire parking AC overlay. There were drainage concerns after the removal which was resolved from a field visit.
